RULES |
| 1. | You must be a World Friends Club Member to participate. You cannot play in a tour until your playing level is set in your profile!

| 2. | The Members name must match their EASO name exactly and members must have a valid working email address, all accounts will be verified. If your EASO name differs from your member name, please send email to staff@worldfriendsgolf.com with a request to change your member name to match your EASO name. |
| 3. | Membership to World Friends Club entitles you to play in any Tour supported by the site, however you must meet the playing levels of the Regular Novice Tours.

| 4. | The Tours are Named The WFGA Rookies which is for Lower Level Novice Players, The WFGA Pros which is for Middle Level Novice Players and the WFGA Elite which is for the Top Level Novice Players. The WFGA 3-Click Tour is for Novice 3-click Players and the WFGA Seniors Tour is for those Members who are Over 60.
There will also be A WFGA Intermediate Tour for Intermediate Players and A WFGA Advanced Tour for Advanced Players
No Member may play in a Tour that is a lower level than the Tour that they have been placed in. ie A Member placed in the WFGA Pros Tour may not play in the WFGA Rookies Tour.

| 5. | Any members cheating in anyway, or strongly suspected of cheating by using aids not intended for the game will have their Membership TERMINATED right away from the Tours by the Site Management.

| 6. | PASSWORD is always wfga (in small caps)

| 7. | Each Tour will have its own schedule, and amount of rounds that will be set on the days specified by the Tours on the EASO Tournament Servers, check tour pages for settings details. |
| 8. | True swing and 3 click are the only swing types allowed. All rounds are 18 holes, stroke play, pro tees, no mulligans, no gimmes, varying conditions will be set for each round and pin placements will also vary. IF YOU DO NOT FINISH ALL THE ROUNDS FOR THE TOURNAMENT, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE TOURNAMENT. |
| 9. | TOURNAMENTS ROUNDS FOR THE TOUR - Regular tournament will be 3 rounds. MAJOR TOURNAMENTS -will all be 4 rounds. There are 4 major tournaments for the season and a Tour Championship.

| 10. | A tournament, consisting of 3 separate rounds, will be created each week. Tournaments begin each TUESDAYS at 6pm est and end each Sunday at 6pm est. Rounds will be played in the Tournaments section of EA Sport Online (EASO). Rounds will be created in the following format: WFGA N #1 for Novice : Round 1 (3 click and true swing) WFGA I #1 for Intermediate : Round 1 (3 click and true swing) And from there you will have #2 and #3 at end of name for Round 2 and Round 3 for that week. Each round will be password protected. To play the round, enter the password wfga which will be the same for each week for all Tours. Rounds can be played by yourself, or in groups up to four. After each tournament is complete, the scores tracked by EASO will be compared to the scores submitted to the World Friends Golf Association Website. Any scores found on EASO that have no matching entry on the WFGA Leaderboards will be eliminated from that weeks tourney, and that player will receive a DNF ( did not finish). Please ensure that the score you reported to the WFGA site is the same score that is posted on EASO. It is important that you have a valid email address on file with the WFGA Tour, should a discrepancy occur and we need to contact you. TAKE SCREENSHOTS = Another issue could occur that causes your score on the EASO Tournament standings page to appear incorrectly, after round completion. This will not be noticed on the in-game scorecard or leaderboard. So a player will have no indication his or her score is displaying wrong until its too late. To avoid any problems with score verification, please take a screenshot (using the print screen key on your keyboard) of the leaderboard and your total score on your scorecard immediately after finishing each round. Next verify your score by checking the standings link on EASO. If your score appears incorrect, paste the screenshot into Microsoft Paint or another similar program, save the file in a jpeg (JPG) format and attach it to an email to staff@worldfriendsgolf.com and to your TOUR MANAGER. Note the details and affected tournament round number in the email.This may not result in your score being posted by the tour manager.

| 11. | No Chipping on Greens allowed! |
| 12. | ALL MONIES SUPPLIED IN THE TOURS ARE FOR TOUR PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT REAL MONIES.

| 13. | The closing time for all Tours is shown on the front page of website or within EASO, please make sure you are aware of these times. We wont accept that members were unaware. Please make special note if a Tournament venue changes.

| 14. | THE WORLD FRIENDS GOLF ASSOCIATION WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSIVE, THREATENING OR ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR, PROFANITY, VULGARITY, SEXIST AND RACIST REMARKS AT ANY TIME. We will endeavour to keep this site a pleasant and friendly community, and individuals that are unable to treat others members and the staff of The World Friends Golf Association with respect will be removed and refused further entry on the Tours. In other words, your membership will be revoked.

| 15. | In any dispute over Tournament scores the Tournament Committee decision will be FINAL, any dispute over The World Friends Golf Association Membership the Site Owners decision will be final.

| 16. | If a situation occurs that is not covered in the rules, the Tournament Committee and the Administrators, will make a ruling.THIS WILL BE FINAL |
| 17. | This site is privately owned and run and the owners reserve the right to censor, edit and delete content as they feel necessary and to limit the use of their facilities by individuals without warning.

| 18. | CONCURRENT TOURNAMENT RESTRICTIONS - There is currently an EASO RESTRICTION of 10 EASO Tournaments that a player may enter at any one time. Since many members enjoy participating on multiple tours and club events, a player may elect to QUIT their WFGA rounds upon completion once they have been verified. This will allow their score to still show up for that round so we can verify it, and give them the ability to join another event running concurrently. ALSO, ITS THE MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR SCORE HAS BEEN VERIFIED. You can go to the leaderboard of your Tour that you are in and check to see if you see your score is verified. If this is not the case then your score has not been verified and if you are still are unsure then send email to Tournament Committee to find out if it has been verified.
